You're one of those who don't get it I see.
*Everything* in EVE is PvP. Turning it into what you say 'other MMO' = theme park, will kill it.
Next to that, the shown fit is horribly stupid. It's like shouting in local Goon controled space "all Goons **** their ****" and expect NOT to get shot.
Nobody in his right mind would fly this. And again the fit stinks.

No, it shows that this game is way above other MMOs. In EVE you have to think about the consequences and not just mindlessly get the best 'gear' in-game and own everybody else.
